- Within India: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will be applied and shown at checkout.
- International Orders: Shipping charges for international orders vary based on the destination and order size. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
c. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include but are not limited to:

d. Delivery Timeframes
- Within India: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days products will be delivered
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days products will be delivered
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days products will be delivered
- International: International deliveries usually take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.
Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or strikes.

- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us with your order number and tracking information, and we will investigate the issue with the courier. A refund or replacement will be issued once the investigation is complete.
